Quinton Epps, the Richland County Conservation Division manager, received recognition for his dedicated service of 10 years to the Richland Soil and Water Conservation District (RSWCD) during the recent S.C. Conservation Partnership Conference in Myrtle Beach.
Lynn Pilewski, immediate past president of the S.C. Conservation District Employees Association, presented the award to Epps in acknowledgment of his decade-long commitment to the Richland Soil and Water Conservation District.
In his role as the County’s Conservation Division manager since 2014, Epps has been responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities and staff of both the RSWCD and the Richland County Conservation Commission. His outstanding contributions were further acknowledged in 2023 when he was named Outstanding District Employee by the S.C. Association of Conservation Districts.
Epps’ continuous efforts and leadership have significantly contributed to the success and impact of the Richland Soil and Water Conservation District over the past decade.
