Chapin utilities has recently named Kelly Greene the town’s new Utility Coordinator, and Jackie Thompson as Director of Finance.
Originally from New Jersey, Greene now calls Chapin home. She moved to town five years ago in search of a more relaxed lifestyle.
She is a graduate of Colorado Christian University, and has nearly 20 years of working in Healthcare Administration. As a mom of four, she enjoys spending time on the lake, heading to the beach, and making memories with her family. She is a big Disney fan, which led her to becoming a part time travel agent specializing in Disney and Universal vacations — helping others create their own magical adventures.
Thompson is originally comes from Rahway, New Jersey and she earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Strayer University. In 2012, she moved to Charlotte, to pursue greater opportunities for her family. Four years later, they relocated to Chapin for her husband’s job and decided to make it their permanent home.
She’s said her goal is to ensure that every tax dollar is used responsibly to support the services, infrastructure, and quality of life in Chapin.
