Columbia’s Lisa Cole Appointed to Global Board

Turning Pages SC, an adult literacy and alternative education organization, proudly announced that its Executive Director, Lisa Cole, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Internset, a global education and workforce development company based in India.

Founded in 2022, Internset connects college students and entry-level professionals with virtual internships at midsize and large companies worldwide. Backed by corporate giants like Microsoft, IBM, and Google, the platform focuses on enhancing career readiness and providing global employment opportunities.

Lisa Cole, who holds four business degrees, brings extensive experience in policy development, start-up growth, and project management. She has served on charter school boards, nonprofit boards, and numerous educational committees. Cole’s experience in governance and ethical leadership made her an ideal candidate for Internset’s strategic goals.
