The Greater Chapin Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on January 17, 2024.
Stephenson Property Group, owned and operated by Jesse and Vanessa Stephenson, has been a prominent player in the real estate scene since its inception in 2013. Jesse, a seasoned real estate broker, founded the business while residing in Elgin. Alongside him, Vanessa serves as a dedicated property manager.
