Santa and EMS Spread Holiday Joy with Toy Delivery

On December 6, Richland County EMS, accompanied by Santa Claus, delivered vehicles filled with donated toys and gifts to Richland County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).

The toy delivery was part of EMS’s annual “Stuff an Ambulance” toy drive, which began collecting donations in November. The community generously contributed toys, clothing, and other essentials to brighten the holidays for children in need.

CASA, a nationally recognized advocacy program, trains volunteers to support children involved in the court and welfare systems. The donated items will bring joy and comfort to children facing difficult circumstances this holiday season.

“We’re grateful for the community’s support and the partnership with CASA,” said a spokesperson for Richland County EMS. “Seeing the joy these gifts bring makes all the effort worthwhile.”

With Santa’s help, EMS is keeping the spirit of giving alive, one toy at a time.
