Panda Express opened a new restaurant at 225 Harbison Boulevard in Columbia on Oct. 28, celebrating with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a $1,000 donation to FoodShare South Carolina.
The grand opening also featured a special giveaway of limited-edition Pei Pei blind boxes with qualifying purchases.
The new restaurant serves Panda Express favorites, including Original Orange Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp and Broccoli Beef. Guests who purchase a Plate or Bigger Plate can receive one of three exclusive Pei Pei bag charms, while supplies last.
“Our entire Panda team is grateful to be joining the Columbia community while providing new jobs and supporting local organizations through various fundraising opportunities,” said Christopher Hsieh, Panda Express area coach of operations. “We hope to be a lasting part of the community and welcome all guests into our doors to try our American Chinese favorites and discover their own.”
Customers can enroll in the Panda Rewards program through the Panda Express mobile app or at the company’s website, pandaexpress.com. For more information about the giveaway, visit pandaexpress.com/promo/nso.
