Lady Eagles Remain Atop State Rankings

The Chapin girls soccer team remain atop the state rankings.

The Lady Eagles have run off three straight victories, outscoring their opponents 15-0. In the 8-0 win over Irmo, Kat Haigler posted a hat trick with three goals and Lila Bowers had three assists.

On March 26, Chapin defeated A.C. Flora 1-0. Jenn Kujawa posted the lone goal and Addison Bagnal had four saves. Two nights later, the Lady Eagles blanked White Knoll 6-0 as six different players scored a goal.

The Chapin boys’ soccer team are riding a 6-game winning streak and are 5-0 in region play. It has also posted four consecutive shutouts and will travel to Lexington Friday.
