Labor Day Parade and Festival – September 4

“X” marks the place for our Labor Day march and event, sailors.

Our pirate-themed parade fleet will sail down Chapin Road from the Great Southern Homes parking lot (previously the GIS building at 917 Chapin Rd) to St. Peters Church Road on Monday morning, led by this year’s Grand Marshal, retired police Chief Robert Smith.

Enjoy the historic Chapin Labor Day Festival on Beaufort Street, Clark Street, and Lexington Avenue after the parade docks its floats. It will be the place to be as Labor Day sets sail, with live music, loads of food options, a children’s carnival area, a railway museum, and vendors from all over!
