Chapin High School’s Grace Jumper earned a third-place finish in the 140-pound weight class at the South Carolina High School League Individual State Wrestling Championships held this past weekend at the Florence Center.
Competing against the top wrestlers from across the state, Jumper secured her spot on the podium with a strong performance in the consolation rounds, capping off an impressive postseason run for the Chapin program.
Her third-place finish marks a significant achievement at one of the most competitive events on the high school wrestling calendar, showcasing both resilience and technical skill at the 140-pound division.
