The Town of Chapin is set to welcome a new Pediatric and Teen Dentist as Chapin Pediatric & Teen Dentistry prepares for its Grand Opening on January 18. Dr. Charlton Conner, DDS, is excited to open his practice doors and is now accepting new patients.
Dr. Conner’s impressive educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA (2008), a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN (2012), and completion of a general practice residency program at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center through the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in 2013. He further specialized in Pediatric Dentistry at Harlem Hospital Center through Columbia University in 2015. A native of Florence, Dr. Conner is a diplomate of the Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a proud member of the South Carolina Dental Association.
This new practice in Chapin marks Dr. Conner’s second South Carolina venture, reflecting his commitment to providing top-notch pediatric dental care.
The Grand Opening, scheduled for January 18 at 10:30 AM, will be held at the new Chapin practice located at 192 Broomstraw Road. Chapin Mayor Al Koon will deliver the official welcome message, and Daniel Rendelman, President-Elect of the Greater Chapin Chamber of Commerce, will cut the ribbon on the state-of-the-art pediatric dental facility. Following the ceremony, there will be a drop-in session for local officials, media representatives, and the public. Attendees can enjoy light refreshments provided by local favorites Bart’s Coffee and The Cookie Hutch.
