In Mr. Marc Alexander’s 5th-grade class at Chapin Intermediate, students are immersing themselves in eco-awareness through the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SC DHEC) Classroom Recycling program, spearheaded by Ms. Ginger Boney. With a focus on embracing the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle, the class is gaining valuable insights into the impact of their choices on Earth’s precious resources.
