The Ballentine Community Association is having a family picnic event on September 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tim’s Catering will be providing food, and the band Time Pirates will be performing music.
There will also be a bounce house and mini playground for kids, and swimming in Lake Murray.
Bringing a dessert to share would be appreciated.
The picnic will be at the Woodmen of the World at 2000 Johnson Marina Road in Chapin.
